I had my 3rd internal ultrasound on Tuesday and since then one of my cysts has ruptured. It's hard to describe the pain, it feels sore and bruised, as well as being able to feel it pull when I breathe/talk and move. I can't stand up without it causing me a lot of pain. I'm already on zapain and have been prescribed naproxen (anti inflammatory) yet they aren't touching the pain. I've been advised to take the week off work and rest as I'm usually stood up for 8+ hours a day. Has anyone got any advice as to what I could do to help the pain? I didn't know whether visiting A&E would be useful or whether it'd be a waste of a journey? Any advise would be great!
