Do I have any chance ? Sorry long and complicated

Here's my calender this month after being 3 weeks late finally started which lasted 14 days, I've finally stopped thanks to norethisterone. But glows given me only two fertile days this month and af again the end of the month. I was told I may have break through bleeding after stopping the norethisterone.which will be just after Xmas. My question is do I have any chance of conceiving this month ? What with only 2 supposed fertile days and taking these pills ? Should I count the bleed I have after I stop taking them as my true af and start again or wait till next month for proper period ? I'm really confused I've never took them before and now feel everything's messed up. I hope there's someone here that's been through this and give me some idea of when I will be ready again to conceive.
