I am 13 weeks 3 days and I saw this when I wiped. Should I be concerned?

It's not your mucus plug. You'll know when it's your mucus plug.

Just discharge, it can be white and stringy right now. Even if you started losing some of your mucus plug it does grow back or regenerate. Sometimes people lose it multiple times...but it's more yellow, thicker, and tends to come in big globs
