umbilical hernia
My umbilical hernia is driving me crazy. Often hurting and popping out. Bumping my belly on anything hurts so bad.
Anyone with experience with this? I have a support belt but that hurts my belly to wear it.
midwife isn't too concerned at this point unless it pops out and won't go back in.
