DO NOT BUT IBABY PRODUCTS

We spent over $200 on the ibaby monitor. Right out of the box the microphone wouldn't work. Called the company got the run around the man I spoke to had NO clue how the product worked and at 40 weeks wanted me to pay to send the monitor back. I went into labor and that never happen.

As time has gone on this product has gotten worse and worse. It would blare sound from the speakers while my baby was sleep so finally had to turn off the sound completely. Then the ability to switch from night cam to regular started acting up. Then the pictures got wonky.

Finally tonight it just won't fucking LOAD. I have been trying for 4 hours to fix this stupid thing and have now resorted to sleeping in my infants room so I can fucking keep an eye on him!!!! Just FUCKING STUPID!!

Also emails for ALL these problems have been IGNORED! But hey the company head can post on there Facebook and Twitter about going to a entrepreneurs convention......
