If it's in the middle of your stomach it's nothing to do with the baby. At 6 weeks your baby is still behind your pubic bone. So it could be gas, having to poop, ate something that didn't agree with you etc..

Ok because mine is located in area where it could be gas but still it hurts and sometimes it feels like a sharp pain
