I am pregnant with my 4th. With my other three (2 boys 1 girl) I was lucky to not suffer from any morning sickness. The last week and a half I am constantly nauseous and have cramps and heartburn. I haven't thrown up but I always feel like I'm about to. I know these symptoms have to do with hormones. Could my increased symptoms mean more of the hormone? Could that mean I'm having twins? I also look like I'm 4 months pregnant but I'm only 6 weeks.
