Depression &a anxiety -Diet and lifestyle changes?
I battle with depression and anxiety so badly it's seemed to have taken over my life for the past to years. I became an alcoholic I am now getting sober. I know for the grade depression I have i should be taking medication, but I never seem to remember to take it and I don't want to rely on a chemical! I would love to hear some ways that help you combat your anxiety or depression naturally.
I am trying to cut out processed foods (I don't really eat fast food)
And maybe getting outside even if just for the air a few minutes a day!
Do any of you guys have anything that's really positively helped you I'm really looking to turn my life around and become the mother I once was.
