Where do I go to get a blood test done? I don't have insurance it doesn't kick in until January first so is there anywhere I can go to get one done? For pregnancy of course

See if there are any free clinics in your town.

There is no reason you would need one within the next 2 weeks. Just make an appointment with your family doctor or ob for the first week of January and wait so it's paid for.

Can I ask why you would like a blood test? My doctor just does a urine test  (same ones you get at the dollar store) to confirm pregnancy. The only reason she would do a blood test is if there is a threat of miscarriage. (Early spotting or bleeding with cramping) 
If you have a positive on a HPT then you can count yourself pregnant! My doctor also didn't even see me till I was 8 weeks along and even then she wanted to wait till 10 weeks but it conflicted with my schedule.

Just ask your ob/gyn! They can do the test... its expensive without insurance though...
