So I'm 21 and I'm just worried I have appendicitis 😞 so the last couple days I have this dull shooting pain in my very  ower right area, see the pic (red marking is where it is). It comes and goes and I also found when I wiped today there was some red color, and my discharge was dark brown, and now it's normal again. I'm on CD 25 and AF is due in a little over a week...maybe less, since my schedule with that fluctuates. Anyways a side note, I also worked out (something I just picked back up this week) and I did sit ups and running and squats and push-ups and triceps, so idk if that caused a strain? The pain comes and goes and it hasn't gotten worse, just stayed the same really. Just looking for input!!! And please don't say doctors, I've already though that, just looking for input at this moment and if it gets worse I'll go tomorrow.
