My pediatrician said under 12w nothing higher than 100.4 or they need to be seen ASAP. Keep an eye on it and call if you are concerned. 7w they haven't had shots yet so that's why the threshold is so low.

Fever in pregnancy is not normal. Please get follow up care. Drink lots of fluids so you don't dehydrate which may happen. Please take Tylenol to keep your fever down (follow dosing and max dosing limits on the bottle). Fever means infection in an otherwise healthy adult (and even though you're pregnant you're still a healthy adult). And please don't take medical advise from anyone on this forum unless they specify that they are trained in medicine. -a Family Nurse Practitioner
