Threatened miscarriage

I just left the ER , I had been spotting for the last two days and today I woke up with cramping BAD 1-10 / a 9 so I tried to rest it off and I went to the mall and it would just be uncomfortable for me.. my bleeding got heavier and I cried cause honestly I was terrified this being my first baby, I rushed to the ER and was diagnosed with a threatened miscarriage I'm glad I went as soon as I knew something wasn't ok, I saw my little bean and saw a heart beat @ 127 bpm at 6 weeks and 2 days  ❤ praying everything goes good from now on and my little bean is ok and healthy... I would break if anything happen to my little bean. Everyone keep us in their prayers please 😐🙏🏼
