VERY VERY GROSS!! BEWARE!!! What is it?!

This is new, but I'm not positive on what it is. I'm almost positive it's a blood clot, but it seemed to have veins in the flesh colored looking areas 😳 I will note that I am a virgin 100%, not possible whatsoever to be a miscarried baby, or anything to do with pregnancy. I used to get blood clots on my heavier days, and they never looked like that, they were always darker and never had flesh colored in areas, what does this mean? What could it be?
