Hi ladies I have a 1 month old and am sick as of yesterday , nasal congestion , sore throats and coughing . No fever thank god but how do I go about caring for my newborn as I am the one that cares for him everyday. I am terrified I am going to get him sick . I am not breastfeeding anymore unfortunately just formula feeding.  Any suggestions ? I am currently taking theraflu and some of the vitamin c booster emergen c .
