I am only 4 weeks but I'm just hoping for some reassurance. Is it normal not to really feel pregnant?? I have symptoms that come and go but aren't consistent. Honestly I would rather be sick all the time so I know baby is okay. I had a mmc my last pregnancy at 13 weeks. Baby stopped growing at 6 and I can remember having barely any symptoms. I'm just nervous about miscarrying again.
