Its what I use, love how the dha (yellow one) has no fishy aftertaste 👍 Although these still make me sick so I take them riiiight before bed and knock out!

They also sell this same brand but with 1 pill, that's slightly bigger and the price is like $5 more if you don't like taking 2 pills.

I'll post a picture ... This one is basically the one you have but in 1 pill form and like a said slightly bigger 😊👍

The packaging is confusing, but looking more closely it seems they are 2 different things--one a multivitamin and one a dha supplement. See if the instructions on the bottles shed any light and check ingredients to see if they overlap!

Those are the ones I've been taking since before we were even trying to conceive. You take both of them daily because they contain different things.

If that's second one is just a DHA supplement maybe both....but I would definitely call your doctors office and see if you can talk to a nurse to be sure.

Both.  Each one once a day. Each pill has different stuff in it. I take the exact same.
