Hey ladies I recently just found out that I'm pregnant! I'm only 4 weeks 6 days and the past 3 days iv had gas pains every morning but nothing today at all?? Is this ok?? I'm not bleeding or anything but I feel like something  go wrong? Anyone else have this?? And is it possible to go a few days without any symptoms and still be ok??
