Mucus plug - labor?

How long after your mucus plug came out did you go into labor? Im a ftm and im 37+5 and my mucus plug (or atleast a lot of it) came out yesterday. I know it can still be weeks before labor starts but I'm just curious!

Losing your mucus plug unfortunately doesn't mean labor is around d the Conor you can lose.it anywhere between 3 months before.

I tend to lose mine and then go into labor later on in the day.

I'm curious about this too ! I'm 37 weeks tomorrow and I've been losing my plug in pieces for 4 days now( I think I lost most of it last night ) hopefully it means labor is soon for me !

I lost mine on December 1st at 35+5 and didn't deliver my daughter till December 12th. My doctor told me when I went in after losing it that it could mean labor would start right away or it could still take a couple weeks.
