My mom and I aren't really close, but I want to tell her that I have a boyfriend. I already met his mom and I know he wants to meet mine but I just don't know how to tell her or even how to bring it up. Please help! Thanks! 😊

Not having had to break the news to my parents myself, I don't know if I should be giving advice here, but I would approach this calmly, and lay the facts bare, then wait for her reaction and go from there.

Me and my mum weren't close either, it was terribly awkward not going to lie but my mum didn't make me feel awkward she was just saying aw let's see him then etc. Just say to her Mum there's someone I would like you to meet, once you get over the original awkward part it will all be fine. Take a deep breath and go do it 💕 good luck xz

So me and my mum wernt close at all and I was working away for a few months but wanted to tell her so I sent a snapchat of us together saying "day out with this one" and let her catch on 😂😂 she eventualy asked if he was my boyfriend and I said yes
