So I'm not sure of when I conceived because I only had one period (10/23) after my mirena removal (9/17). We had BFNs all through November the latest being 12/4. Got my BFP 12/7 and had a dating U/S on 12/12. Per my LMP, I should have been approx 6-7wks then, but no gestational sac was visible. My Gyn then began to track my hcg to rule out an ectopic. Per my results, I likely ovulated/conceived late in November and am just earlier along in the pregnancy than expected (quite a relief). But do the numbers below suggest twins?
