TMI!!!! PREGNANT 34 weeks 6 days! really sorry to post this! #Diareaa please take this post seriously need advice should I go doctors ? what is causing this ?

What is this white stuff in my diarrea !? I've been having weird feeling in my tummy and my belly keeps making really loud noises when I need to poo it's really bad I don't know what to do and to embarrassed to go see my doctor ...  loads keeps coming out for ages I've had all these symptoms 
Dry mouth tummy cramps rib pain back pain .. at first I thought I had ate something dodgy as I had diareaa a few days ago and now it's came back today.

I had this last week as well. I am 35 weeks today. My doctor told me that sometimes it's normal so that the intestines clean themselves out before your body goes into labor. I never had this with my first but if you can keep hydrated or if it continues for more than a few days then go to the e.r but I'd call your Dr first.
