Is this normal 5 week ultrasound?

Says yolk sac present, but no fetal pole "at this time"? I'm just nervous after my miscarriage earlier this year.  Will next ultrasound show a baby? Thanks!

Yup it's too early to see or hear baby

I saw my baby at 5 weeks 4 days but no heart beat...way too early. I've seen a lot of girls on here that couldn't see the baby at this point. Just the yolk sac. From what I've read and understand I wouldn't worry about a thing. The US tech also said that my bladder was super full and that it helped with visualization.
