What does most doctors do at your 38 week check up?

I'm really hoping I get a pic of my baby! I think she's gonna check my cervix

My doc doesn't do sonos anymore because baby is too big. Doppler HR, fundal height, and sometimes manual manipulation to check if baby is head down.

Cervix check, check baby's heartbeat and measure fundal height. That's all my doctor did at 38 weeks. My ultrasound appointment was completely separate

Mine was the same as any other appointment; urine, weight, blood pressure, baby's heart beat and positioning. 
My midwife talked to me a bit about what to bring to the hospital and reiterated when would be a good time to call (early vs active labour). 
I'm 38+5 now and haven't been checked. I don't think I will be checked until I am 40 weeks.
