very bad cramps... ouch 😭

So i'm supposed to start tomorrow, but this month i've been feelin not myself! Was hoping i'm pregnant, took 3 tests and BFN every time. Anyways, today and yesterday I have had extreme cramping. It's not like my period cramps, it's more like a bloated, about to explode, painful cramp, it's pretty much constant! Any ideas on what's going on :(?
