Kind of embarrassing. But I know y'all might be able to relate. I was hovering the toilet throwing up the dinner I just ate. And every single time I heaved and vomited I leaked/peed on myself. I was mortified...couldn't figure out what was worse! Ugh...the things us women go through! #kegels #squeezeit
