Anybody else??

Question

Is anybody else getting awoke from Charlie horse cramps in the middle of the night? I wake up crying bc they hurt so bad and I don't know how to get rid of them fast enough

Yes, it sucks so bad. Every night for like the last 2 weeks I've woken up from a Charlie horse in the exact same spot and immediately started bawling my eyes out

Eat a banana and also if u can lay with ur legs pointing to the ceiling. Laying on ur back for a little. It helped me so much

Drink more water , that's what I was told in my first pregnancy

Yes. Oh my goodness. They don't happen often, but when they do they're intense and last way too long. Can't do anything but breathe through the pain and wait for it to stop.

I don't get them as much as I get restless legs and boy does that drive me crazy

I just get out of bed and stand they go away.
