How often do you have heartburn?

I don't know about you ladies but I have the craziest ❤️ burn.

Had it pretty much 24/7, my doctor perscribed me omeprazol and it's been amazing, I literally haven't had heartburn once since  I started it.

I didn't know what heartburn felt like until about a month ago. I now wake up on my back with crazy heartburn. I keep tums by my bedside and pop 'em like candy.

I have heartburn constantly. It's terrible. I get horrible indigestion as well.

All day everyday. Some things I've heard that are supposed to help besides the normal antacids: a dry piece of toast, sipping pickle juice, an apple, sleeping on your left side, a shot of raw apple cider vinegar, not eating late. I pop tums since the other, more natural ways don't seem to do anything for me. Except sleeping on my left side! That works pretty well.

I have been on an anti acid script for my reflux and still get terrible heartburn. 😐
