Do you get pedicures while pregnant? Why or why not?

I have never had a pedicure in my life but I have been considering it the past few weeks (I'm at 38 weeks now) just so I can get my toenails cut without doing it myself.

Completely safe..just make sure you tell the nail tech that you are pregnant..just in case they do massage them pretty wel at the nail studio you'll be going to..cause there are points in the feet that can trigger labor.
I've gotten maybe 8-10 since I've been pregnant lol and I'll be 38 weeks on Friday. I'm going to get a gel one done on Friday actually because I want my toesies looking pretty while in labor 😂

Pedis are safe while pregnant and super relaxing! I won't get a mani because unless I can get gel, it's not worth it. I'll mess it up the second I walk out the door. And my doc says gels aren't safe while preggo.

I had one (wedding party event); I got invited to another by a friend but I left because the salon reeked of fumes. You just want the place to be well ventilated.
