Good evening ladies!! I just have a question: I'm a substitute and just accepted a supplemental special ed assistant position for a week. It states that I'll be working one on one with a student in a particular room. What does a supplemental special ed assistant do exactly? I'm leery to be alone in a room with a child, granted it's elementary. I'm just not clear on what the "supplemental" part means, any response is much appreciated! ♡♡
