I've been cutting for almost a year now and I've hated my life for a long time now. It also doesn't help that I personally think I look ugly af. I told my best friend and my boyfriend that I've been cutting, and they both want me to stop. I've tried so long to stop, it's just as soon as something goes bad when everything was going right I tend to get really distant from both of them and they try so hard to keep me from getting worse. I know they both would do anything for me. I just want to know how to stop😔😪😭
