My 7.5month old is still not sitting up completely. Definately can't get into sitting position on his own but if I put him there he can sit... when he wants to. At times he will sit for 20 mins and other times he will sit for a min then throw himself back. I'm always sitting with him so he falls on me. We have hardwood floors so I haven't sat him without being right with him.
