question about pregnancy signs

This may sound like a dumb question but I just want to be sure. with a high basal body temperature, does that mean you will be warmer or colder than normal? I ask this because one of the signs of being pregnant is having a higher basal body temperature and I'm not 100% sure if that means you feel warmer or colder than normal.. lol Anyone know the answer to this?
