Hospital bag?!?

I already have my baby girls diaper bag packed, but I'm 38 weeks pregnant and still haven't packed a hospital bag! What necessary things should I pack, but without overpacking??? And what should I pack for hubby? Please help!

On the "genius" tab of this app, there is a box on the right hand side called "my checklists" and there is a decent starter list for hospital bag. Good place to manage it too.
