My son is going to 4 yrs old in a couple of weeks.. and I can get yet why he can stay still.. he have to be moving, jumping very hyperactive.. and restless.. but at the same time he is a very smart kid.. for his age he already knows the alphabet, the numbers until 100 in English and until 30 in Spanish, all colors in English and Spanish and geometrical figures.. even the teacher at daycare told me he love math.. and he see things is a different way than the other kids in the class.. my point is should I take my son the check if he have ADHD OR SOME SYNDROME... plss help😩😩😩
