what is this rash on my inner thigh

I usually get it when I wear yoga pants all day. Is it heat bumps? It's on both sides of my inner thigh.

It's called chaffing. It's what happens when there's excessive friction and it irritates the skin.

Do your thighs rub together? Bc that's what it looks like to me. When I was much younger I had a rash like that all over my inner thighs every time it got cold. My legs would rub together whether I wore jeans, sweats or w/e. Now I use lotion every time I shower & it prevents it from happening. Gold bond (I know it stinks!) helps cool the heat down & calm the rash. After it goes away I'd suggest using lotion more regularly on your thighs. Putting it on directly after a shower (while your skin is still damp) helps prolong the moisture.
