Hypnobirthing
Does anyone have experience with this method? My hubs and I start our 5 week course next week and just received our homework (book and affirmations) to read prior.
Has anyone delivered a baby this way?
I am a FTM and just looking for ways to relax and avoid the fear associated with labor and delivery.
