car seat/carrier recommendations?

I am looking for car seat/carrier recommendations. Do any of you have one that you love or really dislike?

We have the Chicco keyfit car seat (base is super easy to install safely) and we got the Chicco bravo stroller to go with it. I love how compact the stroller gets and it isn't too heavy. For a carrier we have an ergo 4 position carrier:)

We have the Chicco Keyfit car seat. I love it. I would say to go to a store like babies r us or buy buy baby and actually look at and pick up the car seats. Every time my sister sees or uses my car seat, she says how much sturdier it feels than hers. Also, I think the base for the Chicco is easier to tighten than hers. It has one strap in the middle that you pulled to tighten after you install. Her's has a strap on each side. I know my sister and my sister-in-law have both said how much easier my car seat base is to install than their's (they don't have a Chicco car seat, and they each have a different brand.) obviously that is their opinion, but they have both told me that without me asking.

Chicco. Rated #1 for a reason. Britax has too many recalls these days.

We have the Britax B-Safe 35 Elite. We chose it based on reviews across multiple websites and it's safety features. It was super easy to install and when we went to have it checked by the fire department they verified we installed it correctly (and made a comment that Britax are generally easy to install).

I can't comment on how baby likes it yet, she's not due until 2/1.

Chicco Keyfit 30 for newborn. Got it as part of a travel system so it clicked into stroller. Never had a problem and now moved baby into Chicco nextfit at 8 months.

I got the Britax b-safe 35 elite. It came with my travel system. All of my friends have either Britax or Graco seats. I haven't used it yet as my son isn't due until April. My friend loved hers though, so I went by her recommendation

We got Evenflo lux 24 travel system. We love it. The stroller is light weight, and handles are low enough for me to see baby through the peep screen in the canopy.
