I keep getting migraines. I get them at lest 4 times a week. They got so back, I have a piercing on a pressure point, as it's meant to stop migraines. I'm sick of them, I take a lot of painkillers for them. But, anyone any ideas what could help? I have even stopped wearing my glasses after four PM (I'm long sighted and have asitgamistm) because I heard that could help. Please help, I'll try anything.
