*UPDATE* 
I had a good friend of mine (she's an OB nurse) come check her out and she's fine. And the lighting made it look like it has puss in it, but that was just the remaining skin that was attatched. I was told to keep it clean and dry, watch out for a fever or if she seems like she's in pain. Otherwise, it looked completely fine!

All of my babies had a little bit of yellow discharge. I took all of them to the doctor, and all of them were completely fine. I am on my 4th baby. Trust me, nothing to worry about.

I'd get it checked out. Can never be too careful. My 3 babies never looked like that if I remember it was closed when it fell off and no yellow at the bottom.
