Absolutely nothing.. peed in a cup, got my weight and out the door I went..

My second checkup was only the ultrasound (at 19w)

I then went to the midwife at 24w and got measured and had my pee tested along with blood pressure check

Got my ultrasound. You'll go through the suuuuuuper boring routin in your whole first/second trimester of go in once a month, they have you pee in a cup, listen to the heartbeat for about 10 seconds and say "do you have any questions" and then say see ya next month! They'll do that till the 20 week anatomy scan and then back to the once a month thing again till your well into your third trimester. Some blood will be drawn randomly throughout but that's pretty much how doctor visits go.
