Do you people prefer tampons or pads?

Well today I have to go swimming since I'm on the swim team and then I noticed I started my period. So I put a tampon in for the first time ( which took a few tries) and I like tampons better because I feel more messy with pads.

Cup and cloth pads for me. I use the cloth pads for when I'm spotting or ovulating to much

I wear tampons during the day to keep myself clean and pads at night so I don't have a tampon in for longer than a few hours.

I like a mix of tampons+panty liners when I'm out and about, but I'll generally stick with pads if I'm just hanging around the house.
