Last week got 3 positive pregnancy tests all faint lines but definitely positive. I scheduled an appointment for Monday but over the weekend I started spotting then it turned into a full blown heavy flow kind of period. I thought maybe just the tests were wrong but then my ob started saying miscarriage a lot. That didn't occur to me until he said it. I'm completely heartbroken
