When do u start counting ur dpos?  I have 13days till I start my period... My period started on the 3rd and ended on the 6th if that helps

Hey! It's based on when you ovulate. Some apps will guess the day for you but you need to get an ovulation kit to know for sure!

1dpo is one day post ovulation. So when you get a positive opk like I did today, tomorrow I will ovulate and Thursday ill be 1dpo

Once you get a positive ovulation test you will typically ovulate 12-36 hours after that, so usually the next day. The day after that is 1dpo. So: positive ovulation Friday, ovulate Saturday, 1dpo Sunday.
