What happend at your first appointment with the midwife in the UK? i am 8 weeks today x

So my first appointment at 8 weeks was literally just going through my pink book from my bounty pack, checked my blood pressure, got my pregnancy exception form, did a smoke test thing to make sure I wasn't breathing anything harmful in from my home that the smoke alarms weren't picking up, was given some leaflets about the tests we can have. Erm the midwife send off for my 12 week scan and gave me a form for bloods to be taken along with a pot for a urine sample when I have my blood taken. That's it really x
