Don't read too much into dips as any fluctuation in hormones can cause rises and falls, even something as little as waking up in the night. You'll want to evaluate your chart once you are near the end of your cycle. I'm new to charting, too, and the whole month I've been trying to decipher my chart but it's seriously impossible 😂
