Vitex? Have you taken it and has it helped you conceive or regulate your cycles? I just bought some from Amazon & I'm nervous about taking it.

I took it in July to help me ovulate on time. My body would gear up to ovulate at CD14, fail to, then be successful a week later. I took vitex starting in July and I had a lot more ewcm and ovulated half a week earlier than normal.....then 2 weeks later I got my bfp!

I'm going through the exact same issue. I bought it on Amazon and I'm afraid to take it, how'd it work out for you?

I found that it made my cycles even longer and I kept getting lots of spotting. Maybe it doesnt work for everyone.
