Peppermint tea during pregnancy?

I've read conflicting information, is it safe to drink during pregnancy? I have ibs and it works wonders but will give it up if I have to!

34 weeks and I drink a cup a couple times a week. Baby is perfect 💙

Everything I read said it's fine - it can just relax muscles, so if you're having any reflux/heartburn issues, be careful because it can allow more acid to get up into your esophagus.
