IUDs vs Nuvaring vs pill?

Question

I'm getting back on birth control next month and I want opinions on side effects/symptoms for different kinds of IUDs (copper vs regular) and Nuvaring and if you think they're better than the pill. I don't care so much about weight gain or acne because I can take care of those issues but mostly pain, mood swings, and spotting/bleeding. Any advice?

I'm on the ring and I love it! No bleeding/spotting, absolutely no pain, and the only mood swings I've ever got was when I forgot to put it back in after my period ended. I love it cause you know down to the day when your period is going to start. It's very good for regulating periods. Easy to use, my SO never feels it during sex, it has never come out of place, and I never feel it during the month. Recommend 100% and it will be my birth control method for life!

By the way, I have not had kids, I know that makes a difference with IUD

I was on Trinessa for 7 years and gained 5 pounds, didn't experience acne, mood swings, bleeding or intense cramps. My periods were always regular and I never had a pregnancy scare.
