Pinching feeling on vagina?

I sat in my car And tmi but when I sat down it felt like something was pinching my Vagina and it hurt so bad. And it still hurts now like something is pinching me very hard , I have no idea what's going on, its been happening for like 2-3 hours now. I read that this feeling could be the cervix dilating but im 24 weeks I hope it wouldn't be that. Any advice or has this happened to anyone ?
