false positives

Autumn • Wed, Dec 21 • My husband & I have 2 daughters & I`m currently trying to conceive our 3rd child after our first miscarriage.

Ok so I posted this asking if it looked positive and it got deleted. Well this morning I started my period. This looks positive to me! I don't understand. Anyone know why someone would get a false positive? Backstory-- had a miscarriage last month 11/18. This would be my first period after my d&c.
